What are the minimum system requirements for Installing Blink?

OS: Windows 2000 (SP4) and above or Mac OS X 10.4 and above. Snow Leopard users with E160 or E169 will need to download a driver patch file from Huawei, Huawei Driver (direct download to patch).
RAM: 128MB; 100MB of hard disk space and an available USB 2.0.

Is the Blink Stick compatible with Windows Vista 64Bit?

Yes, the USB modem contains Drivers for Windows Vista 64Bit, simply plug in the device and follow the on screen prompts.

What is the maximum speed that my modem can support?

Both the E1762 and E169 modems can support speeds of up to 7.2Mbps. The E160 modem can support up to 3.6Mbps

Are there any excess usage charges?

Blink endeavours to notify our customers by emailing usage alerts at 50, 70, 80 and 90% (and using SMS if your email address has changed) to minimise any excess usage charges. However, customers can choose to go over their cap and in that case the excess usage is charged at $0.165/mb.
For customers that are on the latest Layer 2 technology they are now cut off at 100% of usage & can purchase data blocks if they need the service resumed after that point.
